About Uncompelled

Our clinical focus, history and the people behind Uncompelled.

About Uncompelled

Uncompelled helps people understand OCD through information and educational resources grounded in the clinical experience of OCD Klinikken.

Our focus on OCD

OCD has been our only clinical focus since Jesper Krogholt founded OCD Klinikken in 2010. What we learn together with our clients continues to shape our understanding of OCD and the methods and tools we develop. At Uncompelled, we draw on that experience to share specialist knowledge and create educational resources.

  • Specialised understanding of OCD

In-depth knowledge of OCD and the patterns that maintain it provides the foundation for treatment.

  • A shared professional foundation

We work from shared principles while adapting each course of treatment to the individual person and family.

  • Knowledge that is shared

Clinical experience is translated into treatment, articles, teaching, supervision and practical OCD resources.
